Vernon View Condominiums is a beautiful place to call home. The 35-unit complex is located in Huntsville, ON overlooking Hunter Bay and surrounded by the natural beauty of Muskoka. However, in the weeks prior to calling in Reliance, condo owners and the Property Manager were dealing with significant challenges related to the building’s aging water heater tanks.
The Challenge
Vernon View’s aging gas-powered water heater tanks were failing, leading to a lack of heat and hot water as well as flooding damages. These tanks also needed to have their venting upgraded.
The Reliance Solution
Reliance was able to deliver and install the right equipment to restore the supply of hot water and heat to the condo units. Reliance also capped the old exhaust, eliminating the need to replace the venting. And to help the Property Manager establish more cost certainty, the equipment and services are now covered through the Reliance rental program, which covers any future repairs, maintenance and labour costs.
The Result
Reliance safely installed 20 Combomax Ultra water heater units. This has restored the residents’ comfort and peace of mind.
